National Bicycle Company, Inc. (nationalbicycleco.com) is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the UNUSED item within 30 days. Please read "Returns" below for more detailed guidelines.
Domestic Shipping Policies
Customers within the United States have the choice of using USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service) as their carrier. We do not currently offer FedEx or DHL. Handling time can be anywhere from 4-7 business days, but the majority of orders will ship within 3 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS!
Smaller packages can be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (less than one pound only) or USPS Priority Mail throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses at a lower rate than UPS. As packages get larger and heavier, UPS rates become more affordable than USPS. We leave it up to you, the customer, to decide which carrier best suits you.

International Shipping Policies
National Bicycle Company, Inc. utilizes USPS Priority Mail International for the majority of international shipments. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your country or would like to use an alternate shipping method, please contact us BEFORE placing an order. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees. All items shipped internationally are not insured unless otherwise requested by the customer. National Bicycle Company, Inc. is not responsible for lost packages - such issues must be resolved between the customer and the applicable carrier.
Turnaround time from shipment to delivery is usually about 7-10 business days. Once packages are shipped, the process is out of our hands. In the event that a package is lost or damaged, we will work with the customer to achieve an acceptable resolution.
Due to unreliable shipping or fraud, National Bicycle Company, Inc. reserves the right to restrict shipment to any country we see fit.
The declared value for all orders required to clear customs will be for the total of your store purchase. In other words, we will NOT declare a lower purchase price on the shipping form. Each order will be declared as a "Retail Sale" and we will not deviate from this practice. Altering customs documents to declare retail sales as something other than a sale (i.e., to declare as a "gift" or "warranty item") is a crime punishable under United States law. To clarify:
• All International packages will be declared the full value of the package. We will NOT declare a lower value.
• All International packages will be declared as "RETAIL SALE". We will NOT declare packages as "GIFT".
You are responsible for paying all taxes and brokerage fees, which will be collected at delivery.
APO/FPO
All items will be shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority mail and insured. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery upon shipment.
IN-STORE PICKUP POLICIES
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for item to be order and ship to us, we will also call you when your order is ready for pickup. Most items will be available sooner please use the 2 to 3 business days as guide line.
HANDLING FEES
In order to protect our bottom line, and in light of rising fuel prices, all domestic customers will be charged a flat $1 shipping and handling fee. International customers *may* be charged an additional fee, depending upon the destination. International customers whose orders require an additional handling fee will be notified prior to the order being processed and shipped.
RETURNS
Exchange/Returns: National Bicycle Company, Inc. wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and to shop with us in the future. For this reason, we allow UNUSED product returns with their original packaging and included documentation, for any reason up to 30 days after the purchase date. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to your account for any returns. This applies to both domestic and international customers.
Due to the nature of some our products (clothing, activewear), any purchased garments that have been visibly worn or soiled will not be accepted, and no refund will be given. UNUSED means that the box has been opened, and perhaps the item has been examined. Nothing more! Once you try on one of our garments, refund opportunity is immediately nullified. All undergarments are non-returnable!
DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer (both domestic and international). In the event that an item has been damaged and you would like to arrange a return, please contact us. If possible, we ask that you provide us with photographs documenting the damage prior to shipping the item back to us.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be back ordered. We will notify you of any backorders, giving you the option of canceling the order for a full refund.
